Angela Brittain began having panic attacks during her senior year in college when she was 21 years old. Several months later she was diagnosed with panic disorder and began her most important, life-changing battle: the battle against fear. She had to overcome some of panic’s most debilitating symptoms to arrive on the other side of the mountain victoriously. She has been at the very lowest low of panic…when irrational thoughts and negative feelings seemed so overwhelming. But by God’s grace and power, what was meant for evil has become Angela’s greatest testimony as she reaches out and encourages others.

Angela graduated from Kent State University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication and is now an accomplished author of the book, Don’t Forget To Look Up: A Christian’s Guide to Overcoming Anxiety and Panic Attacks. She also graduated in the first graduating class of the Cathedral of Life’s School of Leaders and is now a speaker and Bible teacher who will bring encouragement and inspiration to your next event.

Angela Brittain has been featured on TBN’s local Praise the Lord programs in Canton, OH, and Greenwood, IN. She has also appeared on Cleveland’s Morning Exchange and morning news programs, and has been interviewed on many radio stations throughout the country. Traveling nationally and internationally, Angela presented at the 1st and 2nd International Conferences on Panic Attacks at the University of Westminster in London, England, and worked with the ADAA (Anxiety Disorders Association of America) at its conferences in Miami and Seattle.
