Elizabeth has her B.S. degrees in Family and Consumer Science and Business and is a graduate of the CLASS Seminars (Christian Leaders, Authors and Speaker Services). Elizabeth is a Golden Circle member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and NSA (National Speakers Association).

But what she considers the most important part of her education has been what she has learned from her 5 children now aged 15 - 27. Elizabeth has been married to her best friend, Dr. Bruce Jon Hagen, for over 28 years.
