Take Charge of Your Health:  It is one thing to experience crisis…it is entirely another thing to let such an experience create a desire to help others.  That is exactly what happened to Jacque.  She has experienced the deadly grip of cancer in her own body and survived a terminal diagnosis to tell about it in her book “The Lopsided Gal”.  She travels nationally teaching families and individuals the art of dealing with the crisis and taking charge of their own health.  She will delight you with her dynamic, energetic and humorous style.

HealthStyle® Choices:   We all seem to strive for a creative and productive lifestyle but give little thought to our HealthStyle®.  This is a customized program to introduce and enable the audience with proven ways to deal with the high pressure, fast paced world we live in.  The results are maintaining their health while creating a more productive energetic environment for themselves and their families.  Individual and group sessions are available.

Balance is a Choice:  Setting priorities and managing time effectively is basic to enhancing individual and organizational performance.  The        pressure to find innovative ways to achieve goals, balance and career and respond quickly to everyone’s needs around us while trying to enjoy life outside of work is increasingly intense in today’s information driven workplace.  Meeting today’s challenges of managing professional and personal responsibilities requires a learning strategy designed to meet individual needs.

Peter, Paul & Mary – A new song:  The Biblical Profile System is used in this fun and interactive program to help you understand yourself and others.  The profile provides you with a framework for looking at human behavior while increasing your knowledge of your unique, God given, behavioral pattern.  Gain appreciation for the motivational environments required by other behavioral styles and find out whom in the Bible you resemble behaviorally.

A Servant Attitude:  There are many aspects of serving within the church body; Staff, lay-pastors, women’s ministry, volunteers, Leadership as well as member-to-member relationships.   Building relationships with others and making them work can often times be a very tricky and tenuous task.  The other person may be a co-worker, spouse, child or parent or another member or relative.  The goal of our approach is to help you create an environment that will improve communication, reduce conflict and ensure      a more successful relationship. “Why do I act the way I do?”,  Why can’t this team get anything done?”, and “Why can’t we communicate?” are common questions we can discover the answers to that will help you capitalize on your strengths, value differences and work effectively with others.  Understanding the difference between Leadership and Management is a key when working with others in today’s church body.

Boomers going Bonkers! The Sandwich Generation is what we baby boomers are referred to.  If you were born between 1946-1964 this is you.  We are struggling to care for aging parents & relatives while still helping our kids with their kids.    Do you feel Trapped? Guilty? Like you and your spouse don’t have a life of your own?  Angry? Theses are natural emotions feelings that we will all have when we are in a position of being a caregivers of someone we love.  Caring for a family member can be rewarding, but it is also hard work and caregivers are often filled with conflicting emotions.  If you neglect yourself, the stress of Caregiving can take its toll.   This program will identify possible solutions to the problems at hand and how to plan for future needs and resources you may need.  This can be presented as a workshop/seminar and/or we will help you set up support follow-up groups within your church body.

My Kids don’t understand me:  A program for youth…..yes youth.  Designed to help your kids better understand themselves, learn to get along better with you and to recognize and develop their strengths. The benefit to you?  Better communication with them because they will have a better understanding of themselves as well as you.  This is a fun filled workshop where your teens will discover ways to become better a witness to other students, a more communicative family member and a happier person by understanding why you may react the way you do to things             involving their lives.  A must for youth groups and parenting/teen workshops/retreats.
